 The Color Canvas (Lighting)

• The Prime Rule: Treat it like a sun-loving artist! Provide full sun (6+ hours of direct light) to achieve the deepest, most saturated reds, purples, and yellows. The colors are your light meter—fading hues mean it needs a brighter spot.

• Indoors: Place it directly in the brightest available window.

• The Warning: In low light, the plant will become "leggy" (stretched out) and its leaves will revert to duller green tones.

 The Moisture Meter (Watering)

• The Balancing Act: It craves warmth and consistent moisture, but absolutely despises "wet feet" (soggy soil).

• The Rhythm: Water thoroughly when the top 1 inch of soil feels dry to the touch.

• The Tell: If you forget, it will dramatically wilt—but don't panic! It usually springs back quickly after a good drink.

 The Sculptor's Touch (Pruning)
